At Icelandic+, we stand behind the quality of our natural pet treats and food products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original, unopened packaging and were purchased directly from our website within the last 30 days.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in a shipping box, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package to ensure efficient processing.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
