All of our treats are 100% sourced from the pristine waters and pastures of Iceland. They are processed and packaged in GFSI-certified facilities in Iceland to ensure the highest human-grade quality and safety standards.
What makes Icelandic+ products different from other pet treats?
Our products are single-ingredient or limited-ingredient, air-dried using traditional methods and geothermal energy. We never use additives, preservatives, or artificial flavors, and our fish skins provide natural dental cleaning benefits.
How long does shipping take and what are the costs?
We offer flat-rate shipping across the continental U.S. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, with standard delivery arriving between 3-7 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy for food products?
Due to the nature of our food products, we cannot accept returns for safety reasons. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an issue with the quality, please contact our support team within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
Are your treats suitable for pets with sensitive stomachs or allergies?
Yes. Because our treats are single-protein (such as 100% Cod or 100% Lamb) and grain-free, they are an excellent choice for pets with food sensitivities or those on restricted diets.
How should I store these treats to maintain freshness?
While our air-drying process provides a long shelf life, we recommend storing treats in a cool, dry place and keeping the resealable bag tightly closed after opening to maintain optimal crunch and aroma.
